This sometimes happens when an item becomes out of stock at the same time as you are trying to add it to your bag. For example, another customer may have added the last quantity of that item just before you did. If this happens, then it means the item is now out of stock online.
If you are still interested in that item, you can buy it in-store instead.
To check if an item is in stock at a store near you:
Step 1 | Go to the page for the item you want on our website. |
Step 2 | On the same page as the product, click on the "Find In Store" button (you can find this under the "Add to Bag" button). |
Step 3 | In the pop-up, specify which sizes or items you want (if applicable). |
Step 4 | Enter your postcode. |
Step 5 | Click on the "Search store availability" button. You will be presented with a list of stores near you along with availability information for the items you selected. |
Step 6 | Click on any store to view the store address and contact details. If you would like us to put the item on hold for you, give the store a call and a friendly member of our team will be happy to assist. |
